Interested in leading a Life Group at Kingsway?
Life Groups are the place where real people and a real God come together on the journey of life. They are where we experience authentic community as believers, called by God, to grow in our relationship with the Lord and with one another. That is why I believe the pulse of our fellowship is found in Life Groups. THANK YOU for your interest in become a Life Group Leader! Listed below are the steps for how you can become a leader. - Pray and ask for God’s direction for serving in Life Group ministry.
- Read carefully through the “How to Become a Life Group Leader?” booklet found at the Welcome Center.
- Attend the Life Group Orientation Session offered three times a year (Oct/Nov, Feb, & May). All new leaders must attend the orientation.
- Complete the LG Leader application and group description forms. Sign the LG Leader Honor Code. All three forms should be submitted to the church office within a week of the Orientation Session.
- The Life Group Pastor reviews each application and notifies each individual of approval to serve.
- Participate in Prelaunch (the LG Leader training presented three times a year, prior to each semester).
